FUNCTIONAL ENGINEERING (B) SDN. BHD., a pioneer in the Security & Fire Protection industry in Brunei Darussalam, was established in 1981 by the late Mr. W.O. Lueckenhausen (Bill), an Electrical engineer by profession with 30 years experience in Security & Fire Protection.

From its humble beginnings, FE has now grown into one of the leading Security & Fire Protection Specialists in Brunei – evident through the number of successful projects completed on behalf of our clients and through the expansion of operations in Cambodia in 2004. At present, FE is 100% owned and managed by Bruneians and remains committed to employ, provide opportunities and assist in the development of local workforce.
