Beware: PAIN with money spent!
No Value for hard earned money – It’s my bitter experience with a shop in Brunei and I am voicing against the worst service offered by JILL& JILL Gift Shop and Enterprise [WYWY Enterprise]
Last year August 18th, I purchased a brand new HTC ONE mobile phone from JILL & JILL Gift Shop and Enterprise at Serusop Branch, beside Teguraya. According to the details given with the phone, the company offered 1 year warranty for the device, and the regular three months warranty for Battery and Charger.
A few months later, the phone I bought had some defects with its camera. I reported the problem to the shop by the end of June 2014. That invited no immediate attention and asked me to visit the shop after one month as they didn’t have the required parts to rectify the problem. Regardless of consistent reminders I made finally I sent in the device by the first week of August 2014, Till today there is no news about my phone.
When I confronted them, much to my dismay, I saw my phone in a very bad condition like `it had been in a war, all bits and pieces, the corners were broken, the screen cover displaced. When I enquired about my phone, the sales men and other people in charge did not give me any responsible reply. Though I have enough proofs on my side to vault that I sent the device in, before the end of the warranty period … still I don’t gather any response.
Since it was under warranty, I requested them to either fix my phone or reimburse my money, still they refuse. At least they can provide me another phone for the amount I paid.
Now I am seeking justice for the device I bought! If they cannot rectify the problem why they dismantle my phone? I even paid full cash to buy this device. Is this is called ethics? I have to go to shop every time to check on my phone as they ask to go there to check. Who is going to compensate for my valuable time? When they don’t have skilled technicians why they do this type of servicing? I am emotionally drained, as my money is at stake, I lost my gadget and money. Now I have to spend again to buy another phone to use too. I am thrown in a stressful situation and now I am emotionally challenged. I am going to take legal action against the shop. I share my story here is to warn the innocent customers like me who go there to buy devices. Beware, the money you spend in that shop isn’t worth it! After spending all you receive is stress and pain!

I'm facing the same prob ryt nw bro, i have given my iphone 6+ for a screen detection prob and i paid $280 and in the same day of repair i face the same prob and whn i bring back to them they say the IC is busted and i ask thm to fix it but they keep on saying no IC prob in brunei and i told them to replace my old screen and give back the money, n they say it's nt refundable.... i jus dnt understand hw is tht my prob they changed my screen whch has no fault on n whn i ask my money back they say its nt their prob..... i would love get my money back or them fixing my IC without charge, if nt i wana file a complaint on their worst business ethic on getting their customers money....
