Review Irresponsible & Dissappointing

This insurance company staff issued wrongly customer insurance. Hence, they charged customer $25 for the endorsement. They don't even want to responsible for their mistake. By logically, will you renew your insurance just only for 1 day (eg. 02.12.19 - 03.12.19) which cost you few hundreds dollar?!! Will the insurance staff itself don't even know the procedure?!! As a customer, we rely on you but you cheated on us..really disappointing with this company and will never re-new insurance there in the future.
